    The filing for three seats on the Culver City Council opens on Monday, December 21 at 7:30 am in the city clerk's office. All register voters who reside in Culver City are qualified to seek a seat on the council. Filing will close on Friday, January 15, 2016 at 5:30 pm.     The Fiesta La Ballona Committee elected its officers for the 2016 Festival at a recent meeting. Marcus G. Tiggs was elected Chair and will head up this year's effort.
