Culver City high school softball player Taylor Peacock is the best player on a team that currently has a record of 5-3. Peacock, will play for San Jose State next season. During this game last week against Venice she came into the game as a relief pitcher in the fourth inning and struck out 12 batters and she also hit a two-run homer in the Lady Centaurs' win over crosstown rival Venice, 4-3 in eight innings.
