Golden State Water Company Announces New Options
December 8, 2016
Golden State Water Company announces new, secure online and mobile bill payment options for customers through KUBRA EZ-PAY™. Additionally, customers now have the option of paying their water bills with cash at retail establishments throughout California through the Retail Cash program.
The KUBRA EZ-PAY™ service provides customers the new options to pay their Golden State Water bills using a checking account, debit or credit card, check or even cash for a minimal transaction fee. KUBRA EZ-PAY™ features technology that enables customers to review bill history, pay bills directly from secure text messages and set up paperless billing. The KUBRA EZ-PAY™ mobile application for iOS and Android devices mirrors the online platform, allowing customers to remotely manage all aspects of their account.
Customers who prefer to make cash payments on their bill now have the opportunity to process transactions at any 7-Eleven, Family Dollar or ACE Cash Express locations for a minimal transaction fee using the Retail Cash Payment program. This program allows customers to go online to and download a unique EZ-PAY slip that can be presented at any of the participating retailers, offering customers a simple and fast payment solution.
“We’re excited about this expansion of our payment options network, and the flexibility the KUBRA EZ-PAY™ and Retail Cash Payment program will provide for customers,” said Regina Cullado, Customer Service Manager for Golden State Water. “We listen to our customers, and are proud to offer these new services which simplify the process of viewing and paying their water bills.”
In addition to these new payment options, Golden State Water customers may continue paying their water bills by mail or in-person at any Golden State Water office location.
