The Clippers won all 16 of their games in December, putting together the longest winning streak of any NBA team in three years.

It reached 17 with a win over Utah Sunday night at Staples Center. The Clippers completed the month with a 25-6 overall record, the best in the NBA.

“I’ve never had so much fun playing basketball,’ said star forward Blake Griffin. ‘Everyone on the team contributed to our success.”

The Clippers’ three closest games all came against the Jazz. In their other games they won by an average of 15 points.
