The Lady Centaurs lacrosse team started the season losing four out of their first five games but at press time (last Tuesday), they were riding a five-game winning streak, out scoring their Ocean league opponents 94-29 during those five games. At press time (Tuesday 5/10) four Culver City high school teams were still alive in the prestigious CIF playoffs and track and field meets. The girls’ and boys’ lacrosse teams and the girls and boys track and field teams were still trying to win championships.
