    On July 7pm, Culver City Police Officers were flagged down by multiple citizens regarding a stabbing that just occurred on Venice Blvd, just west of Sepulveda Blvd. Officers located the victim who had sustained multiple stab wounds to his back and had lost a significant amount of blood.   • City Council Considers Extended and Permanent Rent Control

    The Culver City Council will be holding a Special Meeting on Thursday, July 16 at 7:00 pm to consider extending the current interim rent control and tenant protection. The meeting will be virtual. The current measures were implemented in August 2019 for a period of 12 months. A proposed extension would last until October 31.
