Drollinger Properties Names Christina Davis Chief Operating Officer

Drollinger Properties has announced that former Gateway to LA PBID Executive Director Christina Davis has accepted a new role as the company's Chief Operating Officer.

Christina, who came to Gateway to LA in 2022 after 17 years at the LAX Coastal Chamber of Commerce, said she is excited about her new role and looks forward to working with the Drollinger Properties team to continue serving its tenants and look for new ways to enhance the community.

"I grew up in Westchester and I know how much Karen Dial and her father, Howard Drollinger, before her invested in this community," she said. "It is an honor to help the company continue the work that began in 1947. I am committed to working with our existing tenants in an ever-changing office and retail environment, and I look forward to the many ways Drollinger Properties can continue to support and improve the Westchester community."

Christina added that she is proud of what she accomplished during her two years at Gateway to LA.

"I am so grateful for my experience at Gateway, and I am amazed at all we have accomplished in such a short time," said Christina. "Our relationships with SoFi Stadium, the Metro rail system, and Los Angeles World Airports has made the area better for members and visitors alike. Internally, Gateway upgraded its financial structure and delivered more and better services to its members. There's still no better place in Los Angeles than right here, close to the beach, the airport, entertainment and dining venues. We have it all."

In her new role, Christina will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the oldest and largest property management and commercial real estate brokerage firm in Westchester's Central Business District. The company has deep roots in Westchester. Even before Howard Drollinger founded H.B. Drollinger Co., (which would become Drollinger Properties), his mother, the late Ella L. Drollinger, built the first commercial building in Westchester in 1944 – the Jim Dandy Market.
