Five Trojans Named to 2023 Preseason All-Pac-12 First Team

 

Five Trojans were named to the 2023 Preseason All-Pac-12 First Team, the Conference announced today (July 18). The team was selected by members of the media who cover Pac-12 football.

Heisman Trophy winning quarterback Caleb Williams along with fellow First Team All-American safety Calen Bullock were named to the First Team, as well as Raleek Brown as an All-Purpose/Special Teams player, wide receiver Dorian Singer and punter Eddie Czaplicki.

Five more Trojans earned placement on the Second Team. Three offensive linemen, Justin Dedich, Jonah Monheim and Jarrett Kingston were selected to the Second Team, as well as linebackers Mason Cobb and Eric Gentry.

Six more players earned Honorable Mention: running back Austin Jones, defensive linemen Bear Alexander and Kyon Barrs, linebacker Shane Lee, cornerback Christian Roland-Wallace and return specialist Raleek Brown. Players must receive votes from four or more members of the media to earn honorable mention.

The 2023 football season kicks off with Pac-12 Media Day on Friday, July 21 in Las Vegas. USC will be represented by head coach Lincoln Riley as well as Caleb Williams and Mason Cobb.
