Starting Saturday, August 5th, Shakespeare in the Park returns to Culver City's Media Park for the 16th year! This year's production is a mash up of one of Shakespeare's most popular comedies, Much Ado About Nothing, and the beloved characters from A. A. Milne's Winnie the Pooh series.

Instead of Shakespeare's tale of romantic trickery, Much Ado About Pooh is a tale about forging friendships and finding forgiveness. Instead of the characters falling in romantic love and getting married, they fall in platonic love and create best friendships.

Christopher Robin, Pooh, Tigger, and Eeyore pay a visit to Lord Owl's estate in the Hundred Acre Wood, where they meet Piglet, Roo, Rabbit and more! A series of plots both spark and nearly spoil budding friendships. But in the end, forgiveness, love, and friendship will win!
