UCLA senior Natalie Ramirez's best flight in the shot putt was 15.43m (50'-7.50") on 3/25 earlier this season. She broke her own record in her final meet at Drake Stadium on the UCLA campus when she launched a throw 16.95m (55'-7.25") to win the competition against USC. Unfortunately USC women beat the Bruins 88-75 but the UCLA men beat the Trojans 88-70 in the annual dual meet last Sunday.
