A motorist who may have been shot while driving on the 10 Freeway near Culver City last Friday has been released from a local hospital, authorities said
According to the Culver City Police Department, the man drove to the Sony Pictures Studios in the 10200 block of Washington Boulevard about 6 a.m. on January 13 and sought medical help, mentioning he was wounded on the freeway.
Paramedics took the man to the local hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound described as not life-threatening, CCPD said.
The shooting victim told police he was shot on the eastbound side of the 10 Freeway.
An investigation into the possible road-rage incident is currently conducted by the California Highway Patrol and no additional information has been released by authorities.
