Mixed-Use Project Proposed on Sepulveda Blvd.

A new mixed-used building has been proposed for the southwest corner of Sepulveda and Culver Boulevards

Dubbed the St. Mina Center, the project would rise from a property located at 4319 Sepulveda Boulevard and replace a handful of one and two-story structures now occupied by multiple shops and restaurants, according to Urbanize LA. The project site is nearby the landmark Dear John’s.

Dr. Ehab Yacoub and Lorine Mikheail are the property owners and applicants who are proposing to redevelop the site with a new five-story building featuring 21 apartments above approximately 3,000 square feet of ground-level retail space and a two-level, 45-car basement parking garage, reported Urbanize LA.

The apartments would include one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans, ranging in size from 898 to 1,300 square feet, according to architectural plans submitted to Culver City.

The St. Mina Center is being designed by Nassel A. Eskander & Associates. The architect renderings depict a contemporary low-rise structure with a cascading roofline along the property's western perimeter, providing a height transition to adjacent residential buildings.

The new project would sit a short walk from the newly revamped stretch of the Culver Boulevard Bikeway.
