Due to work on the Higuera Street Bridge Replacement Project, the Ballona Creek Bike Path between National Boulevard and Duquesne Avenue will be closed temporarily for at least one week.

City officials said the bike path may reopen as early as November 4.

The path may be open intermittently during the period as construction allows and signage will be placed directing bike traffic to Jefferson Boulevard.

Bicyclists will be able to enter and exit the bike path at Duquesne Ave.
