On October 7 at the Saban Theatre in Beverly Hills, there will be a live band performance of all-stars celebrating the life of David Bowie.

Leading the charge will be Rock 'N Roll Hall of Famer Todd Rundgren.

Joining him will be Adrian Belew (Bowie, King Crimson, Frank Zappa, Talking Heads), Scrote, Royston Langdon (Spacehog), Angelo Moore (Fishbone), Jeffrey Gaines, Ron Dziuba (Jon Bonamassa), Angeline Saris, and Michael Urbano (Lindsey Buckingham, Sheryl Crow) to interpret Bowie's greatest hits.

"This is Major 'Todd' to ground control. I'm stepping through the door. I met David Bowie and one of us ended up crying," said Rundgren. "I met David several times after that. Some of our phases, like glam, coincided. David has more of that Andy Warhol kind of sensibility, a pop sensibility."

"With such a large catalog to choose from, different songs affect us and the audience in varying measure," adds Belew. "It's always amazing to feel the excitement of a Bowie audience beaming directly at you. Pure adrenaline. So much love for David."

Celebrating David Bowie has performed to devoted Bowie fans in 17 countries on five continents. In the past, other guest appearances have been made by Sting, Seal, The B-52's, among many others.
