A memorial service will be held by Fox Hills residents on Sunday July 17 for Jackie Mosher the lady killed at Green Valley Circle and Doverwood. The memorial will start at 1:45, the time that she was hit. The location will be at the corner of Doverwood and Green Valley Circle. Fox Hills residents are asked to bring a flower (if possible) to lay at the spot. Neighbors note that Jackie Mosher was a truly kind person always willing to help others.
