Unfortunately, a reservation SNAFU at Rush Street had us double-booked with an Amazon private party for the back patio at Rush Street. So we're changing venues.
For those finding out for the first time, we are meeting council candidate Dan O'Brien for a Q&A this Thursday at 7pm. Maple Block is a very nice new restaurant and bar on Sepulveda Blvd. As their name implies, they have some fine cuts of meat. We'll have their patio to ourselves.
Be prepared to ask the tough questions - he's prepared to answer! Not just about what he thinks, but how he plans on getting the votes he needs to win in November.
It's sure to be a wild night. And it will be nice to see everyone in person.
We'll have more details as the day approaches. We expect this to be a full house, so show up early!
