The new owner Chet worked for the original victor's Meat Market for 9 yrs. Theresa, Victor's wife still comes in twice a week to bake the store's desserts including the brownies and Cookies. The pizza dough and sauces are made fresh in house daily using Victor's original recipes and cooked in their authentic stone ovens.
