Culver City Police Seeking Suspects in 2 Armed Robberies

Culver City police are looking for two men who robbed two women at gunpoint last week in Culver City.

The two incidents occurred on December 13, according to the Culver City Police Department.

The first robbery happened about 6:30 a.m. in the area of Hayden Avenue and Higuera Street. The victim told police she was walking on Hayden when he was approached by the suspects, who were inside an SUV.

The driver of the SUV demanded money from the victim while the second suspect, who was seated in the backseat, pointed a rifle at her, Culver City police said. The victim handed over her fanny pack, which contained her phone and wallet.

The second robbery occurred soon after the first one in the area of Eastham Drive and Stellar Drive, CCPD said. The victim gave the suspects her phone.

No injuries were reported during the robberies.

The suspects are described by police as follows: Male Black, approximately 20 years old, wearing a ski mask; Male Black, approximately 20 years old.
