The Rams kick off the NFL's Sunday Night football game this Sunday when they take on the Chicago Bears at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood at 5:20 p.m. The game will be broadcast nationally on NBC.

The Rams will take the field with a new quarterback for the first time in six years when Matthew Stafford lines up over center. He replaced Jared Goff and head coach Sean McVay hopes Stafford will be the difference that will put them in position to win close games.

The USC Trojans are hoping to improve to 2-0 when they face the Stanford Cardinal Saturday at 7:30 p.m. at the Coliseum. They beat a good San Jose State team last Saturday and they are hoping their offense can score more points when they get close to the opponents end zone.

Last week their offense was led by running backs Vavae Malepeali and Keaontay Ingram and receivers Drake London and Tahj Washington. The defense was led by defensive back Greg Johnson and linebacker Drake Jackson.

Former Culver City star wide receiver Charles Ross caught three passes against USC and he has become one of the best receivers on the San Jose State team.

The LAFC will play Real Salt Lake on Sunday at the Banc of California Stadium at 7:30 p.m. The Black and Gold are currently in nineth place in the Western Conference.

The Sparks play their final regular season home game on Sunday at 6 p.m. at the Staples Center. They are 10-18 in the 12-team league and if they don't win the majority of their next few games in the regular season they will miss the playoffs.

The big news out of Culver City High School is the hiring of former Lakers star Michael Cooper as their new boys Basketball coach. Cooper had his first practice this week and his arrival has created a lot of excitement around the high school and middle school campuses.
