Culver City police are looking for a suspect in connection with an armed robbery at a Thai restaurant on Sepulveda Boulevard on Monday afternoon.

According to the Culver City Police Department, the suspect entered the restaurant, located at 3970 Sepulveda Blvd, approached the man behind the register, "simulated a handgun under his shirt and demanded the money from the cash register."

"In fear for his life, the victim handed the register money to the suspect" who quickly exited the store and ran away northbound on Sepulveda, police said.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic man, 20 years old, 5'08'' tall, medium build, wearing gray pants, black T-shirt and blue LA Dodgers hat.
