HEATHER HUTT BACKED BY TRIO OF PROMINENT ASSEMBLYMEMBERS IN AD-54 BID

Anticipating the election of Assemblywoman Sydney Kamlager-Dove to the vacant 30th district State Senate seat, Heather Hutt, a former Senior Advisor & State Director for then-U.S. Senator Kamala Harris, who served as California's first Black U.S. Senate State Director, officially launched her campaign for California State Assembly District 54.

The special election will be held on March 2. Should no candidate receives over 50% of the votes there will be a runoff between the top 2 vote getters on May 4.

The California State Assembly's 54th District, which includes the communities of Baldwin Hills, Crenshaw, Culver City, Ladera Heights, Leimert Park, Mar Vista, Mid-City Los Angeles, Palms, West LA, Westwood and Windsor Hills in Los Angeles County.
