Southern California was shaken by a 4.2 magnitude earthquake early Thursday morning
US Geological Survey said the preliminary quake hit parts of the state near San Fernando, at approximately 4.29 am on Thursday.
There were no reports of damage or injury, but the earthquake was felt across a broad area of Southern California
