Today, their descendants, known within the company as "G2: The Next Generation," continue to build upon the eponymous company's ever-expanding portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial and retail projects. Among them are 122 apartment buildings with 13,544 units, 5 marinas with 2,139 slips, 24 senior living facilities with 4,248 beds, and, scattered throughout the US, more than 6 million square feet of non-residential space. Dozens of their apartment buildings accommodate low-income families and Goldrich Kest offers free after-school and summer programs to keep its young residents engaged and eager to learn. To whom it may concern: Do some more research, please. They have 1.5 stars on Yelp AND you will notice how fake the positive reviews are are if you want proof, compare the names to names in their staff. That .5 of a star is only their because of those obviously fake reviews. I have never had any interaction with Glodney but nevertheless I found this article to be just like the staff I am familiar with at GK. Untrue, shameful, and outrageous. The turnover rate for apt managers is ridiculous
