1st Course choice of:
• Butternut Squash Soup topped with crème fraiche and thyme
• Roasted Beets with Burrata (fresh mozzarella stuffed with Stracciatella & cream), mixed greens, marinated tomatoes, goat cheese and balsamic glaze
2nd Course choice of:
• Spinach Ravioli with shrimp, scallops, mushrooms, spinach, cherry tomatoes and a gorgonzola cream sauce
• Blackened Salmon with mascarpone pearl pasta, mixed vegetables and a balsamic cream sauce
• Oven-Roasted Filet Mignon (6 oz.) with au gratin potatoes, baby vegetables and green peppercorn demi-glace
3rd Course choice of:
• Chipotle molten chocolate lava cake with raspberry coulis and house-made whipped cream
• Tiramisu: espresso-dipped ladyfingers and a lightly sweetened mascarpone cream
• Açai sorbet with fresh berries
