Tito's and Tito's Present Check to Arts Foundation

Tito's taco's owners Lynne Davidson and Wirt Morton along with Tito's Vodka Field Marketing Director Brian Herlihy present a check for $22,572.14 to Culver City Arts Foundation Vice Chair Jim Clarke, Treasurer Sehnita Josuha Mattison and Board Member Scott Malsin. The funds were raised at the event at Tito's Tacos celebrating National taco Day and Nation Vodka Day. Tito's Vodka matched the ticket sales with a $10,000 donation thereby increasing the total to well over $20,000.

The event was attended by over 1,000 people and in addition to the vodka any other foods that were donates 30,000 tacos were served.

The Culver City Arts Foundation is a charitable nonprofit that works with the city, its residents, and its businesses to support programs and projects that inspire the public and that help creatives turn dreams into reality. The Foundation has a Memorandum of Understanding with the City enabling it to raise funds for projects in the City's Cultural Affairs Annual Work Plan. It accepts grants, corporate contributions, and individual donations in support of performances, artist grants, historic preservation, major capital projects, and much more.

The event was co-sponsored by the City of Culver City.
