The Los Angeles Rams finished their organized team activities this week and will start their mandatory minicamp next week under new head coach Sean McVay. If the first few weeks of workouts are any indication the new coaching staff has created a more positive attitude within the ranks of the players. The players appear to be more focused and the coaching staff has a better command of moving the players from station to station during workouts. Everyone appears to be on the same page which creates a more serious attitude among the players. But time will tell if this new "We Not Me" slogan the new Rams have developed will translate to victories on the field.

Right now the most important job facing the Rams new staff is finding the right fit for this team. Releasing players is one of the hardest jobs in sports. Draft choices, free agents and veterans all have one goal and that is to make the team and get an NFL paycheck. "We are going to play the guys who give us the best ability to win football games," said McVay at the Rams training camp in Thousand Oaks last Monday. "We want guys who compete at the highest level."

The Rams have two preseason home games in August against Dallas and the Chargers and seven regular season home games against Indianapolis and Washington in September, Seattle in October, Houston and New Orleans in November, Philadelphia and San Francisco in December.
