Stolen Computers from El Marino Are Recovered

Computers from El Marino School recovered by the Culver City Police Department

The Culver City Police Department responded to a burglary alarm in the computer lab at El Marino School in Sunkist Park at approximately 3 am Thursday morning.

When officers arrived at the school they observed the suspects fleeing the scene in a silver 4 door Lexus. A short pursuit ensued which resulted in the car crashing and the suspects escaping in the La Ballona Creek. CCPD recovered the computers that were stolen from the school's computer lab.

The suspects are still outstanding and CCPD Detectives are actively investigating the case and expect to have the suspects in custody shortly.
