The 2016 Culver City High football team won their third consecutive game of the season as they went on the road to beat University High, 35-7, on Friday night, September 23.

Centaur defense swarms the Wildcat

Quarterback Jonathan Martin threw for three touchdowns and ran for another as the Centaurs jumped to a 28-0 halftime lead. Also scoring for Culver: running back Brandon Oum and wide receivers Justin Cox, Kevin McGuire and Charles Ross.

Culver kicker Carlos Barillas converted all five extra-point attempts. Oum was the team's leading rusher and McGuire topped all receivers in yardage. Read the complete story in the next issue of the Culver City Observer.
