Former CC Employees Credit Union Banned

 


The National Credit Union Association in Alexandria Virginia has issued a notice of prohibition to Mark James Fierro, a former employee of Culver City Employees Federal Credit Union . Fierro may not participate in the affairs, nor be employed by the credit union.

Fierro pleaded guilty to the charge of identity theft. Fierro received a suspended sentence and five years’ probation. He was required to perform 60 days of community service and ordered pay restitution the amount of $60,000.

The law requires that individuals who have been convicted of crimes of dishonesty are prohibited from participating in the affairs of any federally insured financial institution.
