30-Year Resident Sanchez Dies at 65

Indalecio Romo Sanchez died on March 24, 2014. He was born in Mexico March 3, 1949 and became a resident of Culver City for over 30 years.

"Papi, you took a piece of us with you when you went to heaven. We take you with us because "to live in the hearts we leave behind is to not die" (quote by Joseph Campbell). Your legacy will live on until the end of time for we vow to teach our kids and grandkids about you. We will miss your voice, your cooking, your laugh, your humility and may more things. Above all you taught us very valuable lessons and for that we will always be thankful. We love you Papi, "my Dad", Apa, Banka, Abuelito, Hermano & Nino"

He is survived by his wife Maria; children Judith L Sanchez, Ernesto Ruben Sanchez and Ana Julia Sanchez and seven grandchildren Nathaniel, Amelie, Joshua, Andrielle, Dominic, Emmett and Nico; and a brother Francisco Sanchez.

Services have been held.
