For September 4 through 10

Commercial Burglary:

On September 4 at 11 am a victim came to the police department to report he was a victim of a burglary. The victim said he has been working on a construction site located in the 9000 block of Lucerne Avenue. On September 2 at 1 pm he left the location locked and secured and when he returned the next day discovered his property missing.

Residential Burglary:

On September 4 at 2:55 pm officers responded to the 6200 block of Canterbury Drive regarding a burglary investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them the following; he and his wife locked and secured their residence except for a sliding door at 10 pm. The next day they noticed some of their property was missing.

Vandalism:

On September 4 at 10:45 pm a victim called the police department to report he was a victim of vandalism. The victim said he parked and locked his 2002 Jeep at 10 am in the 6000 block of Carson Street. When he returned at 10:30 pm and noticed an unknown type substance had been placed on the hood of his car.

Theft from Building:

On September 6 at 10:30 am officers responded to the 9500 block of Culver Boulevard regarding a theft investigation. The officers met with the victim who told them the following; he said his employees came to work in the morning and noticed several items were missing from the location.

Car Burglary:

On September 8 at 2013 at 5:45 pm a victim called the police department to report his 2013 Dodge van was burglarized. The victim said he parked and locked his vehicle in the 6000 block of Sepulveda Boulevard at 3:30 pm. When he returned at 5 pm he discovered his property missing.
