Former Culver City Mayor and City Councilman Ed Wolkowitz has returned home and is recovering after being admitted to Cedar Sinai Hospital On January 24.

Wolkowitz was rushed to the hospital by his wife Marla and was diagnosed with a tear in his aortic artery.

He served eight years on the Culver City Council from 1994 until 2002, including two terms as mayor. Professionally Wolkowitz is partner at the law firm of Levene, Neale, Bender, Rankin & Brill and an Adjunct Professor at Southwestern Law School.
