SMC-Main-Campus.jpg or SMC-Quad.jpg: The Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) has reaffirmed Santa Monica College's accreditation for seven more years. The commission voted to take this action at its meeting held Jan.10-11, 2024. This is the best possible outcome of an extensive self-evaluation and peer review process required of colleges affiliated with the ACCJC.
