    March 29, 1929 - July 29, 2022 Aaron 'Ron' Nathanson passed away peacefully on July 29th at the age of 93 after a long illness. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on March 9, 1929. His family moved to Los Angeles at age 14, where he attended Fairfax High and met his wife Janet (Samuelson). In 1950, he was called to active duty two weeks after they were married.     The Culver City Council this week backed a proposal to raise the minimum wage for health care workers, approved minor changes to the Housing Element and rejected the idea to ban commercial and informational booths at Fiesta La Ballona. At its Monday night, the Council voted 3-2 to direct staff to draft an ordinance establishing a minimum wage of $25 for workers in health care facilities in Culver City.     Culver City police are seeking the public's help in finding a suspect who robbed at gun point on Monday morning a man withdrawing money from a local ATM, the site of a similar crime last month.
