Kentwood Players will present the drama 'DADDY'S DYIN' WHO'S GOT THE WILL,' by Del Shores, next month at the Westchester Playhouse.

Performance dates are July 13 through August 18 on Fridays and Saturdays at 8 pm and Sundays at 2 pm. There will be a complimentary pre-show champagne and dessert reception between 7 and 7:30 pm for season subscribers and their guests attending the Saturday, July 14, performance.

The Westchester Playhouse is located at 8301 Hindry Avenue in Westchester.

The production is directed by Kirk Larson and produced by Alison Boole and Elizabeth Summerer for Kentwood Players with rights secured from Samuel French, Inc. Featured in the cast, in alphabetical order, are Samantha Barrios, Kip Hogan, Cherinda Kincherlow, Daniel Kruger, Dave, Parke, Janet Lee Rodriguez, Michele Selin and Michael Thorpe.

Set in a small Texas town, this comedy stages the reunion of a family gathered to await the imminent death of their patriarch, who has recently suffered a physically as well as mentally disabling stroke. They've wanted their father's love, but they'll settle for his money! It is not so much the story of the impending demise of the father or of the drafting of his will, but of a rebirth of the spirit of the family unit.
