Healthy Classes for Seniors

Culver City Senior Center has new classes for the community:

 


Goal: To reach out to Seniors, bringing opportunities to improve fitness and wellness.:

Senior Fitness & Stretch Fitness Classes

Stretch Fitness: Excellent floor class, helping seniors to be able to get up & down from the floor. While on the floor, all muscles & bones are strengthened by deep stretching, therapy exercises, balance, resistance, core strengthening movements & relaxation.

Monday 12-1 pm. & Wednesday 3:45-4:45 pm.

Fitness Classes: Full body, strength training, balance, bone density, mild aerobic movements, core strength, anti-arthritis exercises from the toes to the fingers, including all of the body in between. Fun classes, learn & exercise with other Seniors.

Monday 12-1 pm.; Wednesday 3:45-4:45 pm.; Friday 12:30-2 pm.
