UCLA Tabbed Second in Pac-12 Preseason Poll

The Bruins were just seven points behind top-ranked Oregon State.

The Bruins are coming off a third-place finish in the Pac-12 last season and ended the season with a record of 30-27 to earn a spot in the Long Beach Regional. UCLA returns junior right-handed pitcher Jon Olsen who earned All-Pac-12 honors last season and was named a Preseason All-American by Collegiate Baseball and the NCBWA. The offense returns Freshman All-American Michael Toglia who finished second on the team in home runs and RBIs.

The Bruins open the season with a three-game homestand against Portland starting on Friday, Feb. 16 at 6 p.m. from Jackie Robinson Stadium.
