November 30, 2017

Celebrate peace, good will and the holiday season at this annual event. See Santa Claus as he makes a very special visit all the way from the North Pole, in honor of Culver City's Centennial on Thursday, December 7 at 6 pm.

The festivities will be held in Town Plaza, at the intersection of Culver Blvd. and Van Buren Pl. (next to the Culver Hotel and ArcLight Cinemas). Admission is free.

Downtown Culver City businesses provide the hot cider, hot cocoa, cookies and other festive treats that are sure to make everyone feel merry. Enjoy performances local choirs, as well as appearances by the Mayor and city council members.

Culver City makes this holiday celebration “green” and energy efficient, lighting a beautiful 22-foot Rocky Mountain pine tree with over 7,500 warm-white LED lights. Stay afterward for dinner at one of Downtown Culver City’s many restaurants or take a stroll down the boulevards. Culver City’s downtown area is Southern California’s best kept secret, featuring a wonderful mix of historic buildings, boutiques, theaters, galleries, and unique restaurants opening on to tree-lined streets.

Free parking is available for up to one hour in any of Downtown's three municipal parking structures, or take advantage of Downtown's universal valet parking system - drop your car off at any one of four convenient locations then pick it up at another.
