The team held its first practice on Monday, July 3, at the Toyota Sports Center and will begin Summer League play in Las Vegas with back-to-back games on Friday, July 7, against the Clippers and Saturday, July 8, versus the Boston Celtics.

The Lakers will conclude their scheduled games with a contest against the Sacramento Kings on Monday, July 10, before the Summer League tournament begins. The Lakers are guaranteed to play no fewer than five games.
