In one of the most coveted endorsements in the city the Culver City Police Officers' Association announced their support for Marcus G. Tiggs for Culver City Council. CCPOA represents rank-and-file in the Culver City Police Department.

Tiggs has been a resident of Culver City for 25 years and is a former two-term Culver City Planning Commissioner and current chair of the Fiesta La Ballona Committee.

Marcus responded to the endorsement by saying, "I'd like to thank and acknowledge CCPOA and its members for endorsing my candidacy for city council."
