Walk With A Doc Culver City continues with its monthly health talk and walk with Dr. Jeffrey Penso at 8:45 a.m. Saturday December 19, Veterans Park near the Tennis Courts.

Warm up and stretching with YMCA Fitness Councilor Brandon Webb. This is a free monthly community event sponsored by LA County Medical Association. The concept was created by a cardiologist in Ohio who was determined to encourage his patients to get walking and give up their sedentary lifestyles.

The following is the planned time schedule:

8:45 am health talk by Jeffrey Penso, MD

8:50 am Warm up led by Brandon Webb, Personal trainer

9 am We walk, starting from Veteran's Park, 4117 Overland (at Culver Blvd.)
