Family Trust and in partnership with Serene Haven, West Los Angeles College Student Services Division will house a new veterans services center next year. Serene Haven is an organization that provides permanent support services to returning veterans.

A small by-invitation reception was held across from the office that will house the center on the fourth floor of the Student Services Building on Friday, September 11.

The Veterans Services Support Center will be a great complement to the services the college currently provides to our student veterans. Now, in addition to academic and financial aid counseling, they can receive guidance on the whole range of resources available to help them thrive in and outside of school," said Robert Sprague, Interim President of West Los Angeles College.

The Center will open September 21, 2016. For more information, contact Paul Hanley, President of Serene Haven (562) 382-3257 paulhanley@savevereranhousing.com .
