Culver City Observer -

I found a number of errors in reporting of agenda item A-1 (Moratorium on Large Homes).

1. There was no vote on a moratorium, there was discussion and it appeared that it would lose on a 3-2 vote. Council member Sahli-Wells made a motion on mansionization, it failed to get a second.

2. Your reporter identified myself as the president of the Culver City Chamber, I'am, I made it clear that I was speaking as an individual, I just believe that that comment takes away from my individual right of expression.

3. Mr. Hawkins’ statement was corrected by Mr. Thomas Gorham, Planning Manager of Culver City, which appeared to show that Mr. Hawkins was completely wrong and misleading in his comments.
