Culver City Police Officers captured three reputed gang members who strayed into Culver City to vandalize the local neighborhoods.

At about 10:00pm Saturday night the police officers were patrolling the area of Playa St. and Hannum Ave. near Sepulveda Blvd. when they observed three suspicious subjects. The suspects fled and after a short foot pursuit all three of the subjects, who were from the City of Inglewood, were apprehended.

Officers later determined that five locations in the area, including a delivery truck, were vandalized by the suspects.

Numerous residents witnessed the vandals allegedly spray painting in the area and were about to call 911 as the officers were chasing down the suspects.

All three suspects were arrested for felony vandalism. CCPD has not yet released the names and ages of the three arrested.
