Culver City Observer -

On Thursday July 3 members of the Detective Bureau took Brian Ashton Smith, 24 into custody on suspicion of multiple incidents of indecent exposure in the area of the scenic overlook on Jefferson Blvd. He was arrested at his residence in the City of Los Angeles.

According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department he is currently being held on $20,000 bail.
