Culver City Observer -

On October 17, 2013 at 7:00 pm, Culver City Detectives received information regarding the identity of the sexual assault suspect whose photograph was released to the public. Based upon the information, Detectives were able to locate and take into custody a male juvenile that resides in the City of Los Angeles.

The suspect was later transported to Central Juvenile Hall. .

The sexual assault occurred in Culver City. On October 9, a 31 year-old female victim rode a Metro Rail Train from Downtown Los Angeles to the Jefferson / La Cienega Station in Los Angeles, where she exited. The suspect, who was also on the train, exited and closely followed the victim from behind, the suspect and victim walked into the boundaries of the City of Culver City where the suspect committed the sexual assault, while on the sidewalk at National Blvd and Eastham Drive.
