Voters Have Until Oct. 29 to Request Vote by Mail Ballot

The Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk (RR/CC) Dean Logan reminds L.A. County voters to request a Vote by Mail ballot by Tuesday, Oct. 29 for the Nov. 5, 2013 Local and Municipal Consolidated Elections. The application period for Vote by Mail ballots begins today.

The RR/CC began mailing approximately 500,000 Vote by Mail ballots to voters today.

Requesting a Vote by Mail ballot is easy and can be done online or by using the back of the official sample ballot. Registered voters can also apply in person at the RR/CC’s main office: 12400 Imperial Hwy., 3rd floor, Room 3002, Norwalk, CA 90650.

L.A. County residents who applied for a Vote by Mail ballot can check the status of their ballot online (click here).
