Casino Night & Silent Auction Set For March 15


ACW will have a Casino Night & Silent Auction on Friday night, March 15 from 7 pm to 11:30 at the Marina del Rey Hotel, 13534 Bali Way, Marina del Rey.

Advance online registration is $40. Then $50 after March 8 and at the door.

ACW is a 38-year-old nonprofit dedicated to alcoholism recovery and prevention services for women and children. It is the only substance-abuse service agency exclusively for women and youth in Pico Union, one of LA County’s highest-risk and most densely-populated areas.

ACW is completely supported by fundraising efforts, donations, community grants, and targeted LA County health services funds. Amid growing need, this annual fundraiser is critical to continuing ACW’s service to more than 100 women and youth every month.

Eighty-nine percent (89%) of every donation receivedgoes directly to program services and 95% of women leave the treatment program are prepared to lead a life of sobriety with the support and tools to prevent relapse.
