Culver City Observer -

On January 28 at approximately 9:16 am a Culver City Police Officer was involved in an officer involved shooting in the 3800 block of Sawtelle Boulevard.

The incident occurred while officers were conducting a high-risk traffic stop on a vehicle wanted in conjunction with a felony. The suspect was not injured and taken into custody without further incident.

The case is currently being investigated by Detectives who are on the scene. Any time an Officer discharges their weapon a complete and thorough investigation is completed.
