Education Foundation’s Annual Sip For Our Schools Is Coming

The Culver City Education Foundation(CCEF) is a charitable, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting and enhancing quality educational programs for every student in the Culver City Unified School District.

The CCEF is celebrating 30 years of enriching the educational experience of the students in the district through community and local business donations and support.

CCEF’s mission is supporting and enhancing quality educational programs for every student in the Culver City Unified School District. This organization provides a wide variety of enrichment programs in music, art, and theater, math and sciences, as well as field trips by funding teacher grants and specific programs,.

Sip For Our Schools aims to join members of our diverse community together for an evening of fun and friends while sampling wines and craft beers. The fourth annual Sip For Our Schools2012 is going to be held on Saturday, October 20 atThe Redd Collection from 6 pm to 10.

The Redd Collection, located in the Hayden Tract in Culver City, is a spacious and open venue that features fine wines and provisions. Wine or beer tastings will be provided to all the attending guests, plus there will be premium flights of wine poured at an additional cost for guests wanting to taste other exceptional wine collections.

Tickets purchased ahead of time will be $45 per person, tickets at the door will be $55 per person, reservations are suggested. Guests will be able to taste up to five select samples of wine provided by The Redd Collection and beer provided by City Tavern. Light appetizers provided by The Point, along with desserts by Mama Gold’s and live music provided by the AVPA Jazz Combo.
